Tranzo Logistics — Parcel Pickup & Delivery

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tranzo mobile application (developed by Adsdunia) and related services operated by Tranzo Logistics, based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Service Description

Tranzo Logistics provides an on-demand and scheduled parcel pickup and delivery platform. We connect customers with logistics partners to facilitate transportation of parcels within our service areas. Availability may vary by location and time.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Orders can be placed for immediate or scheduled pickup. Cancellations before driver assignment are free. Cancellations after assignment may incur a fee. Tranzo reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or online methods (powered by Razorpay). All prices are displayed before booking confirmation. Tranzo reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Scheduled Pickup

Users can schedule pickups by selecting a service area, date, and available time slot. Time slot availability is subject to capacity limits set by the admin. Slots may be locked or fully booked.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tranzo Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from the app's Profile section. Upon deletion, all personal data and order history will be permanently removed within 30 days.
